In the research after a significant development
of the previous hardware-software system, we had an intensive observation
and data collection period from 01. 12. 2000. to 30. 11. 2001. In
this period all of possible radar, satellite and surface observed
data were collected in a database and were archived. The development
and testing of the methods are based on that.
