these circumstances can give a limited accuracy. The solution is:
raising the intelligence level of the processing system. The precipitation
is regarded as a result of precipitation object, characterized by
several physical parameters. By the aid of the object the characterisation
of the precipitation process is much better. The main targets are:
objects identification, parameterisation and calibration.
