ANALYSIS OF ORGANIYATIONAL LEVEL OF FOOD INDUSTRIAL COMPANIES
The production level of food industrial companies is mostly determined by the applied technologies. The research of the service, and the following processes of the production process fail to come about. The market researh and the reserch of external factors of product realization has a primary importance. Therefore the research of real organizational level in the companies, the identification of similarities and differences, the determination of cource and methodologies for its improvement an important task.
The literature in organisational sciences deals mostly with organisation of partial functions in the enterprises. The authors have many excellent methods for measuring of organisational level of these functions. In the same time there is a few information about the complex analysis of organisational level of the whole enterprise, about the possible elements, evaluation and measuring methods etc.
First of all, the research has to identify those elements, whose can describe the organisational level, can provide measuring, representation and comparison of organisational levels of different enterprises.
The results of the research and the experiences the team got during the research work can be the base for the development of a complex analytical method which provide:
