Dynamic analysis of transport processes determined from experiment datas

This work is concerned with the mathematical modelling and simulation of batch pilot plant dryer and evaporator. Mathematical models are determined in order to describe the simultaneous transport processes of grain drying and batch evaporating. Experimental model building usually called identification needs several steps, such as model structure selection, experiment design, structure estimation, parameter estimation and model validation. The model serves as a base to determine the heat and mass transfer coefficients that can not be measured directly the pilot plant experiments.
