MoBiMouse: the "just point" translator
MoBiMouse is a Windows-based software that automatically translates any word and phrase in any application without switching from the running application to any external dictionary program. All the user needs to do is leaving the mouse pointer over the desired word on the screen, and a tooltip-like balloon containing the translation will pop-up over the word
